À 17 ans, c’est la toute première formation qui me fut proposée : pizzaiolo !
Ce n’était pas mon premier choix et pourtant ce fut le coup de foudre…
Et puis voilà, je fais ce métier depuis près de 20 ans, toujours avec la même passion, en plus d’autres activités, et aujourd’hui, j’ai envie de le faire pour moi et pour tout les amoureux de la bonne pizza !!!
